The bottom and top of the walls are simple lattice weave natural, brown, and rust, the middle is a fine-textured twill-woven pattern that looks like elongated herringbone. The top of the lid is similarly made up of simple lattice with twill bands. Both the rim of the basket and lid are decorated with overshot dark brown designs.
