- Three round brooches of gold filigree, set with precious stones. Hinged pin spikes across back fasten under locking hook clasp. Fine, filigree of gold wire scrolls between and around all stones. (b) central moonstone, large 1.0 dia. luminous, domed stone with bluish cast, surrounded by eight gold wire filigree petals with small .2 dia. sapphire in open area of each, and small .2 cm , cultured seed pearls around outside in open area between each, circle of gold wire contains pin. (c) central green stone, large 1.3 cm dia. luminous, milky, light green, domed stone of chalcedony ?. Framed by a border of simple gold filigree scrolls forming six open scallops around edge, with small gold wire circle in cleft between each pair of scallops, small lip holds stone.

- Two large, garish brooches with spring clasps and predominant green colour. (a) rocket shaped - central shaft of finely polished, green stone with point at end, gold coloured, base metal, triangular wings at either side. Wings stepped down in thickness from central shaft three times. Back of solid base metal with spring clasp hinged at base of triangular shape. Clasp is wide, flat bar the length of pin with three small teeth at end to grip fabric. Marks: stamped in clasp, “ pat. apld. for” (b) rhinestone - large, slightly curved, vertical band, pointed at bottom. Set with square cut green glass gemstones in shape of "T". Four, wide, emerald cut white rhinestones at each side beneath crosspiece of "T" extending halfway down shaft. Rest of area beside shaft and around bottom in pointed shape is encrusted with brilliant cut white rhinestones. Large clasp at back hinged behind crossbar of "T". Small sharp teeth at end to grip fabric. Marks: oval plate on clasp: “S. Friedman/ N.Y.”

(b) turquoise band 2.1x3x2.0, simple, narrow silver band with raised strip in front containing three narrow, rectangular stones of turquoise. Stones set in flush with silver, and separated by lines of silver between. (c) six separate round stones, 2.2x4x2.0, narrow silver band with six, small, round stones of turquoise set side by side along the front. Three chevrons incised either side of front on band. (d) five separate square stones, 2.2x6x2.0, as (c), but square stones. Small silver disk at each side of front on band.
