- Dark navy velveteen lined with black cotton. Has 2 pieces of ribbon sewn at back of hat to form a V from each 23.0 long. Each side is same and has deep pleat at top opens to form top of hat. Loose stitching at left front of hat indicates a badge ? was removed.
