Black hard-sided leather case with a hinged lid and a single central locking latch, unlocked with no key. A leather carry strap is attached to the short sides of the case with metal hooks - the strap is wrapped around the leather handle on the lid of the case, also attached with metal loops. Attached with string to the metal loops of the handle are a leather travel name tag (on a piece of orange paper is printed “NICHOLAS MORANT BOX 1288 BANFF, ALBERTA CANADA”) and the remnants of a Canadian Pacific paper tag. The exterior of the case has a collection of travel stickers and labels, mostly worn and torn - some still legible are from Whitehouse (Yukon), Waterloo (Ontario), Anchorage (Alaska), and St. John’s (Newfoundland).The interior of the box is lined with dark purple velvet and the main body compartment is divided into two compartments, one larger than the other.Inside in the case are two black Dallmeyer (London) lenses, both have tubes and caps that fit over the ends. The larger one is inside a small black box lined with purple velvet and the smaller one is in a leopard-print drawstring bag. Also in the case are two larger filters, one yellow and one red, in their own individual red velvet bags, a small yellow filter inside a black and yellow plastic “KODAK” box, and a metal base covered in green felt on one side and black felt on the other.

A metal 16mm film developing reel inside a bright red box with an instruction sheet. a) A series of two metal rings with enough space between them for a 16mm film roll attached together with four metal hinges. One ring features a lip along the outer edge, and the other ring features a metal spiral that starts at the center and curls outward. The center of the rings is a gap for a roll of 16mm film, which is filled with a loose roll of 16mm film with a metal bar to keep it in place. b) A bright red box with simple labels on two opposite sides of the lid. The label reads “NIKOR” “FILM DEVELOPING REEL” “FOR 16 MM” “NIKOR PRODUCTS COMPANY” “WEST SPRINGFIELD, MASS. An empty, blue and yellow developing powder box. The label is blue with yellow text, in a long oval shaped C encompasses text that reads “DEVELOPING ELERITAS POWDERS”, in the back of the C is blue text that reads “TRADEMAEK REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.”. Two sides of the box are identical with text that reads “PRICE PER PACKAGE - 25 CTS.” “MANUFACTURED ONLY BY” “CHAS. L. MITCHELL, M.D.” “PHOTOGRAPHIC CHEMIST” “1016-1018 CHERRY ST., PHILADELPHIA” behind the text is a faded red circular star with “25 C (cents)”. The side opposite from the label features a blue outline of a badge with text that reads “MITCHELL’S DEVELOPERS ARE GOOD DEVELOPERS”, behind the text is a faded red circular star with some symbols inside it.
