Two stepped pyramids of red, green, yellow and blue on a white background, 3 blue standards with crosses at top between pyramids. Front yoke blue and yellow beaded bands top and bottom, white background , centre design of 2 irregular shapes in red, green and yellow, flanking them are two stepped diamond shapes in red, blue and yellow, flanking them on both sides of yoke are red chained rectangles. Hanging from bottom of yoke are 11.0 long are green tubular beads from which hang either a bell or a shell. Back yoke is same except the centre design has 4 shapes and bands at top and bottom are different, bottom band is green and white, top is green, white and yellow and there are no shells, just bells hanging.

Tag with CRW writing: “Rachel Wildman wife of Killian from Nordegg - will pick up next Mon - Oct 12 1972” and other writing “Plains Cree horse ornament.”b) Martingale with two long strips, with striped fabric ties at one end, joined by a rectable at the centre. Both strips have one forked end and are decorated with a flipped, repeated pattern of orange, blue and white flowers.
