Small pot hand thrown, having a rounded, trimmed, unglazed base which fits into rim of larger vessel, has two affixed handle holders. Lower vessel hand thrown with three, rounded, affixed feet and signature stamp on base. Exterior has two affixed, animal head, handle holders. A large horizontal opening and smaller punch patterns of spades and circles. Transparent beige glaze with pale blue and brown symbolic chrysanthemum decoration. The chrysanthemum is the Japanese Imperial family symbol. Lid has been previously mended with glaze and two sets of handles are missing. Three different cups, hand thrown, trimmed foot. All have same colour and design as boiler. Two cups are bowl shaped, the other cup is shallow and has a flared rim.
