Two pages of vellum, text begins: “This is the last will and testament of me Samuel Henry of the City of Toronto.” “In the High Court of Justice-Probate and Matrimonial Division. Ireland. The Principal Registry, Dublin.” Pendant seal, with red wax pressed between two embossed papers reads “Her Majesty’s High Court Justice of Ireland Probate Division.” Page originally pinned to contract states that the deceased Samuel Henry did not have assets exceeding 300 pounds and "Death since 31st of May, 1881. The original envelope addressed to Revd R. Whiteman, 105 Everton Terrace, Crumlin Road, Belfast.
Indenture between James Boyce and John M. Brooks regarding the bargaining of equipment, including 52 head of branded horses, 15 riding saddles, 38 saddle blankets, 22 pack covers, 4 teepees, 3 tents, 3 flys, etc., 1925.
