Description
Commercial folder containing two prints depicting Bella Coola masks. The first mask is done in black, white, red, green, and beige and consists of a vaguely birdlike face with a red ribbon draped over the top. It features an upturned red mouth or beak just below two small round eye holes, all accented by decorative white bands - ringing around the face is a white band with red dots on it. Below the mouth the mask is quite long so, if worn, would cover the whole face. The second mask is done in shades of brown and red and is another full-face mask. An exaggerated human face, it has an open mouth with red lips, a prominent nose, and circular crater-like details around smaller circular eye holes below wide rectangular eyebrows. The upper portion of the face is ringed with a red stripe.
