White feathers and dark feathers trimmed with red down tips and bases. Horse hair, dyed purple, attached to feather tips. Many ermine tails, dyed horsehair, and cropped horsehair attached to each end of browband. Base of feathers wrapped with strips of old English blanket and heavy white thread. Bits of ermine skin and tails and white lace attached to scullcap made from brown felt hat.
