- A decorative martingale for a horse in parade. Heavily beaded, it broadly forms an "H" of two strips with geometric figures on them, and a cross bar with a floral emblem on it. The vertical strips have buckskin ties at the tops, and are white with various triangles and diamonds, principally in vermilion with green and blue borders, gonfalon lower ends. The centre panel is almost square and is a very pale blue ground with a conventional flower made up of circles upon it in deep green and blood red, plus four leaves of light green. Below the panel is a fringe of light buckskin, running from strut to strut.

Backed with buckskin cut to shape with notched edge, medium blue background with three triangular motifs in a vertical row, each having a red cross hanging from its point. Top two triangles are white with red squares outlining, and yellow centres at the red crosses. The bottom triangle has a yellow band at the top, a blue band beneath and a white square beneath that, all outlined with red squares and a white centre in the red cross hanging from it. White band borders sides and bottom with a red diagonal stripe at the middle. Canvas band at outside edges were once covered with red wool blanket cloth which shows here and there in patches.

Trimmed at edge of neck and sleeves and shoulders with narrow beaded bands of orange with green and blue pattern, fringe strands across front strung with cylindrical blue and white trade beads, with a jingle bell at the bottom of each. Four small tassels of brown fur, (squirrel?) on front and back of yoke. Double strand tassels of green trade beads with loops of pearlized beads at the end are spaced around the middle of the skirt in a line.
