A narrow (5.0 diameter), long (20.0 high), metal cylinder, somewhat rusty,topped by a black, rubber cork (chewed), two link chains are attached to a metal ring on the cylinder's side, one runs to a similar ring on top of the rubber cork, the other hangs free with frayed and broken string on the loose end.
