(a) white side zippers, plain, straight legged style with pocket like opening 15.0 cm on each side above zipper. Waistband gathered slightly at back with elastic inside casing. Pants entirely lined with quilted blue nylon. Waist band closes at each side with velcro tab, and has small cloth loop with metal ring at end on right side. At inside seam at bottom of each leg is semi-circular patch of imitation leather. Zippers open from bottom up. (b) dark blue zippers essentially as (a) above except that waistband closes on each side with double heavy hooks and eyes, 19.0 cm opening above zipper fastens over flap with two heavy metal dome snaps, and imitation leather patch covers inside seam and around entire back of leg edge.
