Description
A miniature doll's tea set of painted wood with pattern of large orange daisy like flower surrounded with green leaves and smaller dark red flowers, at a central spot on each piece, with thin blue lines at borders. (a) tray, 1.1 h x 8.3., circular tray with floral motif at centre and blue lines along rim. (b) teapot and lid, 3.6 h x 2.5 d, full bellied teapot on round foot with tall domed lid and spout, flower motif on two sides and base of spout. Note, handle broken off. (c) creamer, 1.9 h x 2.1 d, shaped similarly to teapot with large pouring lip at one side opposite handle, flower motif three times around sides. Note, handle broken off. (d) sugar bowl, 1.5 h x 2.5 d, compote shaped deep bowl sitting on short stem and round base, flower motif in bottom of bowl. (e-h) saucers .5 h x 2.5d, four small round saucers, flower motif in centre of each. (i-l) 1.0 h x 1.3 d four tiny cups sitting on round bases with small angular handles at one side, flower motif opposite handle. Note, handles missing on two cups.
