- Two identical square box-like stands of black lacquered wood covered with gold vine and leaf pattern. Recessed platform of red lacquer at top, outward bowed legs at each corner attached to square frame at base forming shaped cut-out windows on each side. Floral motif at centre of each side of platform with three long leaves spiralling to form round medallion. Top edges trimmed in gold.
