On the far side of the slope, the tops of trees with a lot of yellow foliage can be seen. Beyond the slope, a blue river enters from the right and winds out of sight into a forested valley. A mountain slopes down from the left, with an upper edge of violet-grey rock, and a lower base of forest and patches of yellow grass. In the background are two mountain ranges with sections of eroded rock rising vertically. The sky is light blue.
