- Heavy metal and wood tripod with a cast-iron camera mount and legs made up of two pieces of wood supporting a central metal pole with a rubber stopper at one end. The bases of the legs consist of dual-pronged spiked feet that rest on a central hinge - this could possibly be so that the tripod could rest on uneven surfaces without slipping. The camera base can be rotated with a thin metal pole that extends from the bottom, between the tripod legs - the camera base itself is housed in a home-made pouch made from padded animal-print fabric and tied onto the tripod with a shoestring. The legs of the tripod are held together with a leather strap.
