(Handwritten): "These prints were originally exquisitely framed for use in rooms, suites and public rooms at the B.S.H." "OLD B.S.H. PRINTS includes PIX of 'II' Hotel" Train poster stored in poster tube labelled "DRAWINGS more to come (1, 2, 3)" with shipping address label: "Reed-Grove Ltd. 2111 East Avenue Rochester, New York 14610" "To Mr. + Mrs. Nichlas (sic) Morant Box 1288, Banff Alberta Canada".
