Ladies and cage quilted to create relief. Calligraphy and chop mark on right, obverse plain. Both fans are fabric over bamboo or reed with painted and appliqued designs.

- A simple accordian fan, extendable, of blue paper and bamboo struts, the struts held on a riveted metal pin at the base so they can fan out in an arc from that base, the folded pale blue paper glued to each extended strut, and the two exterior struts extended to the length of the paper.
