- The base of this trophy is made from wood. The shape of the base is rectangular with one large wood plaque on the front that reads “Catharine Whyte Memorial Trophy, 1906 - 1979” directly under this are five smaller shield shaped plaques. Standing on top of the base and made out of bronze is a male skier. This male skier is leaning against his skies with one arm wrapped around them . In the other hand, that is placed close to his hip, he holds both ski poles. This man is wearing short pants, a jacket and a peaked cap.

- A small, flat, rectangular, brass case trimmed with aqua plastic. Case hinged across back with small, square latch at front which hooks over small, rolled, metal tab. Engraved round seal depicting woman and goat just above, back patterned with vertical lines on the brass, with "Coty" at middle. Inside top is rectangular mirror in brass frame, with shallow well in bottom holding rectangular cake of compressed beige powder. Rectangular, aqua, satin applicator pad with napped fabric on underside, and small cord loop for lifting at one corner of top. Signature "Coty" in gold across top.

- Japanese insect vendor, fully furnished. Platform, 23.0x9.8x5.0, is black painted wood covered with black grit paper. Checkerboard patterned paper covers frame shop, 21.5x22.0x7.0. Hinged panels on both sides, 15.3x3.3. Front facing panels have wooden lattice work, same paper pattern. Shopkeeper, teenage girl, is sitting in centre of shop. She has a patterned kimono with red in pattern and lining, wearing blue thongs, hair piled high with a red tie dyed scarf, china face. Open mouth show white teeth, china hands. Many and varied insect boxes displayed, very finely crafted, all secured to framework. The black boxes are for displaying fireflies. The shopkeeper is also secured to the display.
