- Belt is made of dark green velvet, with an orange beaded edge and six white and yellow pompons. Buckskin and fabric ties. Hanging from the belt are six separate panels of fabric. The two centre panels, 40.0 cm long, are reddish brown taffeta with sequins along edge and circles, two red and white pompons hang from the ends and feathers hang from the circles. The outside four panels are 12.0 cm long and made of green velvet with sequins and pompons. Two pompons are missing. Each piece of green velvet is backed with the reddish brown taffeta.

- A coal miner's safety lamp, heavy brass base which acts as fuel chamber is surmounted by a glassed in cylinder protected by strong vertical shafts of wire. A brass ring atop them which supports, by steel shafts, a top plate with a large hook on it for hanging the lamp. Between the upper ring and the top plate is a wire mesh cylinder which allows oxygen to feed the flame but which diffuses the heat rising from the flame. The lamp itself consists of a wick which draws fuel from the reservoir, and beside it is a small wire hook which can be operated from the bottom of the lamp base to extinguish the flame.

Purse is essentially a square with a panel along the sides and bottom for width, with a stiff panel inserted at the bottom between lining and purse. Top draws closed with a silver metallic cord through a short ivory batten on the front and back causing the bag to form two pleats on either side. Ends of cord have red and grey beaded loop tassels.
