Set in gathered full sleeves, gathered wide lace 12.0 at cuffs, lace has points all around. 9 hook and eye closure at front. Bottom edge is unfinished but cut into points to prevent fraying. Blouse appears to be one part of an ensemble.

Flower basket and lion very delicately worked in cross stitch using linen as a canvas. Colours in bottom fringe pick up colours in embroidery and are different on each side of bag.
