A multi-coloured rug with short pile, principle colours are navy blue, rose and light blue, pattern is primarily a floral and leaf motif, a navy blue band (12 cm.) frames the central panel - the band is decorated with a variety of stylized flowers in blue, pink and white, the flowers are lined up in a fairly regular row and are approx. the same size. Inside the blue frame is a large central polygon with a white background and a complex of pink, blue and beige floral and geometric shapes, lengthwise edges are bound in rose coloured thread, the underside of these edges have a 3 cm. wide band of twill tape hand-sewn in brown thread, white polygon is surrounded inside blue band with pink background containing floral motif.
