Description: Rough sketch of the 1949 Christmas card. Scene depicts what looks like Norquay in the background, their home, and animals coming to and from the cabin. There is a rabbit watching the animals visiting and leaving the house, and a figure is slipping in a chair by the chimney stack. On the top edge “SEASONS GREETINGS 1949” and on the bottom edge “CATHARINE AND PETER,” and “Peter Whyte” can be read.
