(b) Solid piece of cut-out silver ladle. Deep round cup, fiddle shaped handle. Two marks stamped on back near end of handle. (c) Butter knife 18.5 long. Solid piece, typical scimitar blade. Handle has a dot decoration around rim. "B" engraved near end of handle. Stamped on back of handle "Sterling". (d) knife 22.8 long, silver plated blade 14.0 x 2.0 is serrated one edge and floral decoration one side. Set into shell handle has a silver collar 2.0 wide with embossed decoration. The front of the spoon has, in relief: a head surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath on the tip of the handle, underneath that “WORLD’S COLUMBIA EXPOSITION”, Maritime emblems on the handle, and a ship at sea on the bowl. Description
A coiled basket with flat base and straight, flaring sides, coils stitched with natural coloured split root ? with very dark brown design of same material. Design composed of three parallel lines running around the sides of the basket, along the top then slanting down, then along the bottom, then slanting up again, repeated around with the rectangular areas left between the path of the lines filled in as dark coloured parallelograms. The rim of the basket, the coil along the bottom, and one single coil in the base are dark. Design inside as well as outside, piece of knotted black thread through top coil on one side of basket, presumably for display at some time, very sturdy. Marks: round cardboard tag framed with metal attached with string to basket with string sealed to back of tag with black sealing wax with signet impression, tag handwritten in faded ink, "Fine Pima river ? Art 8913/50".

A large shallow basket with flat bottom and sides flaring outward. Coiled construction with stitches of split root around each coil stitched into the top of the coil below. Natural coloured background with imbricated design of wide dark parallograms forming 'V's sitting on a single band of dark coil, and joined each to the other at the top with a dark bar with oblique lines running off topped by a small parallogram of golden brown with a single motif of golden brown between each. Sturdy but flexible, small string loop one side. Note: minor stitch breakage revealing coils beneath.
