- Two circular, silver brooches. (a) Larger - .7 cm wide circle of silver filigree alternated with small .5 cm diam silver balls (six) spaced evenly around circle. 2.5 cm opening at centre of round band. Hinged pin spike across back just above middle, fastens under small hook clasp with locking mechanism. (Marks: on flattened back of bottom ball, “sterling” hallmark “FW”) (b) Smaller - a wreath of small, silver vines and leaves between four large, 1.0 x .8 cm , irregularly shaped, cultured baroque pearls which are evenly spaced around. Pearls white with blue overtone. Hinged pin spike across back fastens under small hook clasp with locking mechanism. (Marks: stamped into back of bottom pearl fitting, “sterling”)
