Small paper stickers in one corner "Made in Switzerland" and "Handkerchiefs of Distinction" (b,c) a set of two Irish linen handkerchiefs in shallow, 20.5 cm square, pink lidded box. One handkerchief pale green, one white, both with brightly printed border of berry clusters and large leaves, and narrow bright blue rolled hem on white, green hem on green. (a) has bouquet of blue and orange daisy like flowers with light green leaves embroidered in one corner, (b) has large trumpet like pink flower and smaller blue asters with light green leaves, and almost a cross stitched effect. (c) sheer linen square with machine stitched edge. One corner contains a single large red flower with yellow trumpet like centre, having a very definite cross stitched effect. A delicate garlanded border of pink flowers runs around the edge.
