Recovered July 17, 2011 by David P. Jones of Golden, B.C.; original author/owner unknown. Was originally stored upside down in old rusty sardine can and punctured with several holes caused by lightning.

Handwritten record of mountain ascent (unnamed mountain located 2.2 km NNE of Mount Folk), written on scrap piece from coconut biscuit box. Author unknown, dated 1964(?). Provides multiple names of climbers, and references Alpine Club and Vancouver. Names written include: Paddy Sherman(?), Werner Himmelsbach, Ralph Hutchinson, Don MacLaurin, Joe Hutton, and Bren Moss.
