- An adult’s beaded buckskin jacket with leather tie front closing; appears to be Stoney beadwork; all beadwork done in the lazy stitch. Blue, green, and ochre beads, stitched in rows on breast front, beading of and blue and ochre on the shoulders and around the armholes, a rounded chevron-shaped design (five rows) of alternating dark and light blue beads on the back ending with two light blue, dark blue and ochre, tails. The beadwork from the bottom rounded chevron-shaped pattern extends to the shoulders and down the arms meeting with two separate rows (of two) of blue and ochre beads. The cuffs and bottom of the jacket have cutouts on wide fringes and also have the regular narrow fringes. There are fringes around the armholes, down the sleeves and around the v-shaped beadwork design on the back. The jacket has no collar but has a strip of pinked thin leather sewn down, ending in a cutout beaded flap (13.0cm long) which is sewn on so that it hangs down like a small necktie when the jacket is closed. The jacket has ochre spots on the front and back and yellow spots on the sleeves. Measurement 148.0cm, across chest.

- A tanned, buckskin jacket with floral beadwork design. It appears to be Stoney beadwork because of the colour combinations. The jacket has beading on the shoulders and the the top front and has fringes below. The beading above across the back is of flowers with colours red, orange, beige, blue, white and red and leaves in colours of green and turquoise. The beaded butterflies on the front are (two on each side) red and blue wings surrounded by pink, and blue and orange wings surrounded by beige; all the antennae are blue. The collar is pinked and also has a strip of 1.0 pinked buckskin sewn onto it 1.50 cm from the edge. The jacket is closed by leather thongs for tying. There are two front pockets, with pinked edges. The pockets are beaded in red, yellow, blue, green and white in what seems to be a flower. There is a lining, extending 25.5 cm down from the collar, in red and white checked cotton with two horizontal lines of red hearts and flowers with green leaves. On viewer’s left there are two border strips of white and blue flowers on red with green leaves. The back of the collar is lined with maroon velvet.REF: 103.08.1148 In the pocket of the jacket at the time of cataloguing: a square (26.0cm) white linen handkerchief with a lace border. It has green embroidered shamrocks and stems plus seven (approx.0.50 cm) dots around the shamrocks.REF: 105.02.1182 In the pocket of the jacket at the time of cataloguing: a piece of paper (11.0x12.5cm wide) with Willie’s notes on it. One side is written in script with a black felt pen “2 Rolled oats 1 milk 3 cream 1 Butter Veg fruit oranges Veg Meat”, viewer’s left, printed “NEWSPAPER GRACE” a line underneath and then “CARD FOR ERLING”. On the opposite side written in script in blue ball point pen “Bread at Pop’s, Grace and Gladys slene (sic) cody”. There are scribbles over the writing.

There are four flowers on each side. On the flat front pockets the borders are pinked and the beadwork is a flower with red petals rimmed with black and a yellow centre. Cut western style with collar, yoke, inset sleeves, and pockets with front opening full length. 12.0 cm fringes below front yoke, and down backs of sleeves continuing across yoke in back. Front ties closed with four sets of buckskin thongs. Six large beaded flowers on two front pockets, front yoke and back are shades of blue with red and yellow accents, with yellow leaves outlined in green. Each side of front band contains four chevrons in shades of blue with red accents, pointing toward front opening. Machine stitched and completely lined with cream coloured fabric. Two inside breast pockets with stitching above to indicate that there may have been flaps there at one time.
