- A U-shaped flag of soft hide tied along its straight edge to a short stick with three leather thongs. The curved edge is notched and has four groups of short feathers attached at the front. One side has a painted red border, a blue circle and blue star, and “PEACe. fLAg. foR - indAins (sic) god - gives” and faintly “A.b Co(?)” written in blue with symbols beneath (see source document). The reverse has a drawing of a man wearing a headdress and a flying bird in blue with red Xs along the straight edge.
