Long braids of yellow, black, and white beads with hide tassels and rabbit fur strips attached to medallions. White feathers with dyed dark ends and reddish horsehair attached at tips. Blue downy feathers at red fabric and white tape wrapped bases.

Pinned onto cap is a small metal cat-like face with light green glass eyes.
