Allen explored Paradise Valley and in subsequent years explored the Moraine Lake, Valley of the Ten Peaks and Lake O'Hara regions, making numerous ascents and assigning many Stoney Nakoda names to geographic features. Soon after, his career was cut short by mental illness. -- Papers are last will and testament and probate proceedings. -- Gift of Mary Ann Kae, 1985.
