- A round silver medal hanging by two chains, each with three links, from a bar depicting a charging buffalo. - (a,b) a pair of black leather ski touring boots and a metal carrier; the boots have metal hooks for lace-up with brown leather laces; boots are over ankle, are thick soled, layered leather sole 3.30cm at heel, grooved at heel for cable, with layered sole sewn on and rubber sole glued on, heel nailed on; unlined boot with a grey leather-lined inside liner with light blue faux leather (3.0cm) sewn on the top edge, foam underneath, and unlined tongue; there is also a narrow piece of blue leather at the top edge of the boots. There is a screwed-on metal toe plate and heel plate. On the inside edge of the layered sole 7.0cm from the heel a number “10” is carved. Inside the liner, right ankles stamped “MED” in red ink and on the left ankle a mountain (could be the logo), “ZIRI” “MADE IN YUGOSLAVIA” all stamped in red ink; it was also on the the left boot but is mostly worn off and is indiscernible.(c)The metal carrier is 40.0cm high and 16.0 wide with handle extended. - A pair of two heavy black leather ski boots with a metal carrier. The ski boots have a thick sole and are laced up on the upper part of the heel. The front of the boots are laced up with a rubber loop which reads “vibram”, underneath the main tongue is another portion of the boot that is laced up with red shoe laces (the inner tongue). The rubber loop is connected to 8 silver hooks and six gold hooks. The inner liner of the boots are a light brown, on the outside edge of the interior of the boots is “9W” in handwriting. One boot (b) is slightly taller than the other at 19.4 cm. The metal carrier (c) has a hook at the top for carrying and two metal plates with six holes cut out. One side of the plate is inscribed with “ANDERSON & THOMPSON SEATTLE U.S.A”. The locking system is a screw-like mechanism with a piece of metal to hold the toes and a round knob that twists to lock the ski boots in. 38.3 x 5.0 x 6.7 cm
