Three quarter length puffed sleeves of white cotton with 2 bands of lace and 2 bands of pleats. Back is fastened to the hips with 16 hooks and sewn eyes. On each side of back opening there are tiny pleats and a band of lace which extends downwards 54.0 below waist, the 2 bands are then joined with a horizontal band which is 52.0 long.
