Below the girl in arced, black, letters “a little streak of Sunshine” is printed. The metal back of the pin has a horizontal pin set with a safety-pin type of clasp with a u-type closure for the pin.

The front piece has the letter “E” inside a diamond shape and the letters “I,M,L” inside individual boxes above the rivet. On the inserted paper name tag is the UIAGM logo; a stylized mountain on the top-third of a segmented globe on a blue background, Above the circle are the letters “UIAGM” and below “IVBV”.The outer ring of the circular logo has these words printed on it “GUIDE DE MONTAGNES GUIDA BERGFUHRER”, in the lhc.
