Participants were towed up the hill with a rope tow operated by a tractor. The Meets were eventually phased out following the openin of the (then named) West Castle Mountain Ski Hill in 1965.

- Bini Fuhrmann worked as a lab technician in George Noble's photographic studio in Banff, Alberta, Canada during the summer of 1953. When tourists brought films in for processing, the technicians would make extra copies of snapshots of movie sets and actors for themselves.
