Thick leather fold-over purse decorated with four rows of brass tacks curved arond a cross at the centre of the top flap. Back of purse has a 2.5 cm wide leather strap for slipping belt through. Tag printed with “ALBERTA STONEY INDIAN HAND CRAFTS MORLEY - ALBERTA” with a teepee and symbols. The reverse of the tag has CRW's writing: "Purse for belt belonged to Edwin Dixons mother - Belt he wore & is worn out Mina Lefthand - blind since he was 7."
