Gertrude (Dot) White of Banff and Calgary, Alberta, Canada was the daughter of Daniel Cook White, 1862-1909, of Cochrane, Alberta. Her uncle was David McIntosh White, 1864-1940, of Banff. Dot White's married names were Lyman and Elliot.
