Description: Rocker style blotter, decorative sterling silver top. Rocker base of solid wood, top is wood piece 5.0 thick, covered with silver, the silver is reposee in a rose and leaf design. Stamped on edge "(stamp) STERLING 346" silver knob 2.2 diameter has a 2.5 long rod with threads on the end which clamp the 2 pieces together to hold the pieces of blotter. 3 sheets of blotter paper are clamped in place.
