The vegetation in front of the lake, in the lower left and right corners, contains the same dark green, and light violet-grey found in the background. The violet-grey is used to indicate: the snow covering the dark violet-grey mountain on the right; the rock forming the more distant peak on the left; and a lighter tint of this colour forms the clouds in the upper left corner. A separate area of blue-grey clouds occupies the upper right corner.
