The sketchbook contains ink, watercolour, and pencil works that illustrate rural scenes [Morley/Mini Thni], studies of plants and animals, buildings, tipis, a sundance lodge, RCMP Barracks, Haida symbols, Loose linocuts of villages, a church have been placed between pages. Near the back is a letter to members of the Society of Canadian Painter-etchers and Engravers and a list of paintings exhibited by the Art Gallery of Toronto April 11 - May 3 1942
