Description: A framed piece of graph paper with six patterns of different sizes. There are notations on the bottom and side for each one. The work is done with India ink and pencil; six different ways of threading with one tie-up (the same tie-ups on the six examples) woven as drawn in. Measurements: top left and bottom left (14.8cmx14.8cm wide), middle top (14.5cm square), middle bottom(14.2cm square), top right (14.4cmx14.4cm wide) and bottom right (14.2cmx14.4cm wide).

Description: Drawing of a farming disc, the first few discs are show as the disappear into the piece, and the seat sits high up on the piece.“An unlikely combination of practical entrepreneur and preoccupied artist, Collings was involved with farm machinery sales between 1882 and 1888 in England.
