The snow is quite yellow at the centre of the image but becomes shadowed and dark in the bottom right corner. A lower snow-capped cliff is in the lower left corner. It forms a pass between it and the cliff on the right. The sky is quite dark at the top of the image but quite cloudy and grey-yellow lower down at the centre of the image. The vantage point makes the viewer feel as if they are peering over the ledge of a cliff and that all that is visible is sky.

- Description
- Predominant colours are red, black, white, teal blue, pink, green and yellow. In the foreground, beginning at the viewer’s left, wildflowers, that appear to be Indian Paintbrush, are painted in shades of pink and red with green and yellow leaves, and black stems. They are on a background of teal blue and black and white diagonal stripes. There are also strips of paper cut in diagonals that are glued on and painted over. The stripes and flowers grow steadily larger as they progress to the viewer’s right. On the viewer’s left, above the flowers, on the white background is a hint of a blue and green rectangle, white space, and then a long red rectangular shape that progresses into the flowers. Mid-centre is a charcoal drawing of a mountain range on the Icefield Parkway road. Trees starting at the viewer’s left continue across the valley rising to the scree slopes of one mountain’s lower slopes on the viewer’s right. Above the trees is a range of mountains with a glacier below (it could be part of the Crowfoot Glacier). The top one-third of the painting has two grizzly bears drawn with charcoal and outlined in white, on a red background. The bears appear to be on a slope; the bottom bear is feeding, his nose to the black ground and the bear above is looking at the viewer. There are the colourful wildflowers on the blue background left of the bears, white space, the bears, another larger white space, and then the wildflowers again to the viewer’s extreme right. The painting is signed in the brc “Enns ‘91”.

- A tall narrow vessle of circular shape which becomes wider at the bottom and curves slightly at the top to one side. The opening of the vessle is 3.5 cm from the vessle’s edge. This edge creates an overhang into the circular opening of the vessle which results in deep shadows. The inside is glazed lightly and is of the same colouring as the outside of the vessle. The predominant colour of the piece is the cream colour of the porcelain which is located in a solid form on the top half of the piece. The browns and greys of the clay are abundant at the bottom of the piece and wind their way up to just below the middle of the vessle. Here they begin mixing with the cream porcelain. Interspersed in the clay are small streaks of light blue porcelan. The top of the piece is circular with 2 small portions carved away resulting in one wave type formation and one indent wich runs in a line halfway down the piece. Along this line and off to one side is a narrow crack which runs through to the inside of the vessle and is filled with a grey material. The bottom of the piece is an uneven circular shape with a series of triangular gouges taken out of it. 3/4 of the way up the vessle in the predominately clay portion is a small white lip.
