One side of buckle has some decoration missing, other side missing original hook. Large hook sewn on to end of material rather than on buckle. Metal studs are probably "marcasite" def. a pale, bronze-yellow, orthorhombic iron disulfide also called white iron pyrites. Also an ornament made of crystallized marcasite or of polished steel.
