The jacket has a pinked stand-up pinked collar and pinked cuffs, pockets and bottom edges. (b) An oval shaped medal (5.5 x 3.7 cm) with the cut out letters "GRT" inside a silver-coloured frame of laurel leaves, and under a gold coloured royal crown. The medal is attached to a green and yellow ribbon that is topped with a silver bar marked "Canada" on the face, and inscribed "Major P.A. Moore" on the reverse. (c) A bronze coloured medal (5.0 x 4.5 cm) with crossed swords on 3 rays that is overlaid with a wreath. The date "1914-15" is across centre of the crosses swords. There is a red crown at the top of the medal. The back of the medal is inscribed "Major P.A. Moore 6/CAN: 1. BDE: H.Q.".
