- Mary Wright (Molly) Adams was born on 15 October 1868. in Ridgefield Connecticut. She was the third of five children born to Cornelia Ann Cook (1830-1902) and Daniel Lucius Adams (1814 - 1899) She died in Kobe, Japan on 23 January 1909 and was buried there.

Textual records primarily consist of correspondence sent between Molly Adams and various friends and family members [ca.1891-1909].

Contains "Map of the Universal Postal Union" inside front cover, as well as 64 pages organized by country for placing collected postage stamps. Pages have basic statistics and facts pertaining to individual countries including populations, capital cities and monarchs' names. Some pages are annotated with small notes. Some stamps appear to have been removed from multiple pages. Two loose pages of poetry/verses are between the last page and back cover.
