Short thread fringe on all four sides. (b) white silky rayon, clusters of brightly coloured international flags around each corner, with a light blue seal of the Soroptimist International Association at the centre, and a banner beneath, "1921 Jubilee 1971". White rolled hem outside narrow blue border line. Printed in one corner. (c) on the blue border, "Mildred Sprout".
