Coming out of the left-hand side is a green fabric-wrapped cord that ends with a metal plug that would be screwed into the recorder - the cord is coiled up and tied with a length of yarn. The bottom of the microphone is covered in maroon velvet and has a central hole into which a stand could be screwed. The microphone is housed in a yellow cardboard box with a red and white paper adhesive label that has “Microphones (Small)” written in black ink on one short end - there is another adhesive label and more writing visible around the edges of the top label, but nothing is legible.
