The belt has three beaded medallions with black eagles on a white ground, two beaded blue stars with dark red stars at the centre, metal studs and diamonds, is edged with red, blue and silver rickrack, and has thong ties attached to each corner. The hanging sections are also edged with the same rickrack as well as blue and white trim. There are four medallions with black birds on a white ground edged with white fur and blue and yellow feathers. There are also beaded decorations, blue sequins, and metal diamonds attached.
