(b) plaid crepe, black background with cross hatching of white, light blue, and red orange and yellow. Pouch with black grosgrain ribbon double drawstring through casing where drawstring exits. Bag made by gathering a long piece of material along each side around one of these circles, and folding the ends of the material into a casing for drawstring.
