Description: The base of this trophy is made from wood. The shape of the base is rectangular with one large wood plaque on the front that reads “Catharine Whyte Memorial Trophy, 1906 - 1979” directly under this are five smaller shield shaped plaques. Standing on top of the base and made out of bronze is a male skier. This male skier is leaning against his skies with one arm wrapped around them . In the other hand, that is placed close to his hip, he holds both ski poles. This man is wearing short pants, a jacket and a peaked cap.

Description: A realistic rendering of a male downhill skier in action, right leg and ski slightly in front of left, knees bent, elbows up holding metal ski poles.
